Welcome to the Eight Pathways of Healing Love online course (the “Course”), created and facilitated by Dr. Philip R. Belzunce and Dr. Lalei E. Gutierrez (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in or accessing the Course, you (“you,” “participant,” or “user”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of the Course

The Course is designed to provide educational tools, practices, and reflections to support individuals and couples in developing conscious, intentional, and transformative relationships. It is not a substitute for medical advice, therapy, counseling, or any other form of professional mental health or medical service.

If you are experiencing a crisis, mental health emergency, or relationship abuse, please seek immediate help from a licensed professional or emergency services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in the Course. By registering, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Access and Use

  • Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the Course content for your individual or couple’s use.
  • Sharing your login credentials or redistributing Course materials (videos, worksheets, exercises, or transcripts) without permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Access is provided through our online platform for the duration specified at purchase. We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time to improve the learning experience.

4. Intellectual Property

All Course content—including videos, scripts, outlines, exercises, and written materials—is the intellectual property of Dr. Philip R. Belzunce and Dr. Lalei E. Gutierrez. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this material without written consent.

5. Community Guidelines

Participants are encouraged to engage respectfully in any group discussions, forums, or live sessions. By joining, you agree to:

  • Treat all participants with kindness, respect, and confidentiality.
  • Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior.
     We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these guidelines without refund.

6. Payment and Refunds

  • Payment is due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
  • Refunds may be available only as outlined at the point of purchase. After you have accessed Course content, refunds are generally not provided

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no guarantees about specific personal or relational outcomes from the Course. Transformation requires personal commitment and practice, and results may vary. The Course is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Course. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phil and Lalei, their affiliates, and partners from any claims connected to your use of the Course.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you share is subject to our Privacy Policy. While we encourage confidentiality within group settings, we cannot guarantee the behavior of other participants. Please use discretion when sharing personal details.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued access to the Course after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
